Our 1,000 Kids Program

Each year, the farm’s “1000 Kids” Program has the goal of welcoming 1,000 kids who are facing serious mental, emotional or physical challenges to come out for a great day at the farm and enjoy amazing moments with animals and activities in an atmosphere of love and fun – no charge.

In 2015, the farm was honored to create a great day for 1,036 kids under the program. Over the last three years we have hosted over 3,300 children.

Mission I Do

Old McMicky’s Farm “Mission I Do” provides Free All-Inclusive Dream Weddings to active duty military members and Veterans. This gift is in appreciation for the sacrifice of the men and women who currently serve or who have served in our military. Please accept our sincerest gratitude for your service to our country.

The “Mission I Do” Program has provided five free Military weddings to date and featured on both National television and in People Magazine.

Child Adoption & Foster Care

The Farm has many programs in place to help support Child Adoption and Foster Care families.

Old McMicky’s Farm brought together key agencies and organizations involved in Adoption to show prospective parents how easy it is to adopt, all of the support available both pre and post adoption, and the amazing rewards of adoption and starting or growing your Family in a brief, easy to understand “Child Adoption Education Day”. Over 600 people attended, making it one of the largest child adoption events in the Nation.

The Farm also hosts Adoption Match Days and Adoptive and Foster Care Family picnics to provide fun and support to the families and their children.

The Foundation’s Community Giving Programs Have Received Local, National and Congressional Recognition.
